The speakers will discuss Wang’s wartime political discourse and literature, as shown in the Wang Jingwei & Modern China series, from Wang Jingwei’s attempt on the Prince Regent in 1909 to the Wang’s family and associates who settled in Hong Kong after the war, and provide a glimpse of the Wang family’s connections to Hong Kong for more than a century.
